We understand that sometimes, something may come up that prevents a referral from being completed. This is unfortunate, but we completely understand.


You may request a referral cancellation on the website on a given HMR's home page via the “Request Cancellation” button. When you do so, you will be asked a series of questions, one of which is the reason for cancellation.


Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be up for a refund for that case. For example, if your patient was uncontactable, Refused the service or was for whatever reason outside of your control unable to have an HMR, you will be a candidate for a refund.
