To get started with HMR Referrals, you must be an Accredited Pharmacist.
An Accredited pharmacist has completed an extra year's worth of drug interactions. As long as you are fully accredited, you will have everything you need to sign up with us!
- To sign up with us, you will need to go to our website, select Pharmacist login, and then select the sign-up option.
- You will then be prompted to provide us with some information to ensure that you are who you say you are.
Once verified, you will be able to receive Home Medication Reviews through HMR Referrals.
